Stella Zhao
Intermediate Engineer
Stella is an engineer with BE (Hons) (Civil) and Master's degree from the University of Auckland. She has been working in the industry since her graduation in 2018. Apart from structural designing and drafting for the projects, she always liaises with clients, architects and contractors with the aim to complete her projects smoothly.
Fei Ren
Team Leader
Fei Ren graduated from University of Auckland with a master degree in 2018 and has been working with the company since. He is adept in multiple domains of project development, such as structural design, structural modelling analysis, structural detailing and fire reporting. Fei is alway aims to deliver projects on time and cost efficiently.

Intermediate Engineer
As an Intermediate Structural Engineer with 6 years of experience and BE (Hons) degree from the University of Canterbury, Wilson brings a strong foundation in structural analysis, design, and project coordination. Skilled in working with a variety of materials such as steel, concrete, and timber, he has contributed to the successful completion of complex residential buildings including lifestyle dwellings and apartments, commercial structures, etc.
Wilson combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach to ensure designs are both innovative and practical, adhering to industry standards and client expectations. Georgina Mo graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in 2021. She has a solid background in structural behaviour and design. Her working goal is to bring safe, efficient and economic design to clients.

Luna graduated from the University of Auckland with a Master’s degree in 2024. Before going to New Zealand, she had 7 years of overseas work experience. Her extensive on-site experience and solid academic background enable her to quickly adapt to work and contribute to the structural design of projects.

Lavender's contributions include the creation of meticulous 3D and 2D project drawings, showcasing her exceptional skills. Additionally, with years of experience, Lavender serves as a proficient administrator within the company. Zander is a young drafting member of the team. He joined the company's drafting department after graduating from Bachelor Engineering Technoly at UNITEC. Zander contributes to the company by providing accurate project drawings in his work. He hopes to use his expertise to help the company become a more substantial structural consultancy in New Zealand.
