Lavender is a valued member of the team with a strong academic background in design and architecture. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Nanjing Normal University, earned her Master’s degree from University of Auckland. To further expand her knowledge across different fields, she continued her studies in Architectural Technology at UNITEC. As a Graduate in Architectural Technology, Lavender contributes to the team through detailed 3D and 2D project drawings and provides valuable support across a range of projects. With years of administrative experience, she is also highly organized, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Stella is an engineer with BE (Hons) (Civil) and Master's degree from the University of Auckland. She has been working in the industry since her graduation in 2018. Apart from structural designing and drafting for the projects, she always liaises with clients, architects and contractors with the aim to complete her projects smoothly.

Alisa graduated from Shandong University in 2019 and completed a Master of Science in SKEMA Business School, France, in 2021. With international experience across China, New Zealand, and France. She has developed a solid background in residential design, and engineering coordination during overseas work experience. Her goal is to provide practical, efficient, and reliable engineering solutions that meet both technical standards and client needs.

Fei Ren graduated from University of Auckland with a master degree in 2018 and has been working with the company since. He is adept in multiple domains of project development, such as structural design, structural modelling analysis, structural detailing and fire reporting. Fei is alway aims to deliver projects on time and cost efficiently.

Leo recently graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Structural Engineering. Through his study and practical experience, he has developed a solid understanding of structural design, detailing, and engineering coordination, particularly within residential and building projects. He is passionate about developing safe, efficient, and practical structural solutions, while continuing to learn from experienced engineers and grow within the industry. He enjoys working as part of a team and value clear communication, attention to detail, and a reliable approach to every task. Outside of work, he enjoys table tennis, badminton, fitness, photography, and travelling.
Andrew Song
Senior Structural Draftsperson
Andrew Song has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Structural Draftsperson, consistently demonstrating exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Throughout his career, Andrew has played a pivotal role in drafting structural designs for a wide range of residential projects, including waffle slab foundations, retaining structures, bespoke architectural homes and terraces, as well as low-rise apartments. His ability to produce precise, accurate, and timely drawings has made him a highly dependable member of the team. He is recognized for his reliability, consistency, and professionalism, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of numerous projects.
Tim Gao
Technician / Drafter
Tim Gao completed a Master of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from The University of New South Wales in 2025, following his Bachelor studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Canterbury. He is mainly involved in Revit drafting and structural detailing for residential projects, with experience in producing accurate and practical documentation to support project delivery. Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, Tim also assists with site inspections and coordination to ensure drawings and construction requirements are aligned. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, he is committed to delivering efficient and reliable support across a wide range of structural projects.
